2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, absolutely! We'd love to help you plan your engagement session.

At Kent Shot It, we believe the best photos come from a relaxed and well-planned experience. As your engagement photographer, we'll guide you through every step, from selecting the perfect location to choosing outfits that reflect your style. We’ll help you craft a session that feels uniquely you, whether it's a romantic outdoor shoot in a favorite spot in Yaounde, Cameroon or a special location outside the city.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change. Here is a clear breakdown of our policy to protect both parties.

Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable. The only exception is in the event of a total breach of contract on our part.

Rescheduling: We are happy to work with you to find a new date based on our availability. We require:

2 weeks' notice for events (weddings, etc.).

3 days' notice for portraits (engagement, maternity, etc.).

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, we offer all three! At Kent Shot It, we believe your memories deserve to be preserved beautifully. Every one of our packages includes high-resolution digital files, along with the option to order professional prints and custom-designed albums that perfectly reflect your style.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Our delivery times are dependent on the package you choose, with some of our luxury packages even offering same-day delivery.

The editing and retouching process is a crucial step for us to ensure every image from your session, whether in Yaounde, Cameroon or abroad, meets our high standards for quality and artistry.
